*Typical build time starts once the required content, approvals and access are ready; it is not a guaranteed deadline. A standard section allows approximately 500 words and three usable supplied images. A long one-page site remains one page, but sections beyond the first three are chargeable.

More content sections
350 CZK per substantial section beyond the three included per page. Construction and writing are separate charges.
Written content
200 CZK per page/section of up to approximately 500 words. Placement and formatting of supplied copy are included.
Substantial image preparation
750 CZK/hour, minimum one hour; up to 15 images per charged hour. Routine preparation of usable supplied images is included. Sourcing or creating imagery needs approved pricing or separate assessment.
Logo creation or reconstruction
200 CZK per separately prepared version, size or shape. Reasonable website font and colour selection is included where you have no established branding. Full corporate identity requires separate assessment.
Standard form additions
One form with up to six input fields is included. Each extra six-field block is 150 CZK. An additional form costs 150 CZK for its first block, then the same rate per further block. Maximum three forms, 36 fields per form and 60 combined. Advanced behaviour requires another service assessment.
Additional email accounts
Five included. Each additional account is €8 where technically available. Applicable service and renewal terms are confirmed before purchase.
Additional client-requested revision work beyond the included rounds is 750 CZK/hour, with a one-hour minimum per additional request/round. Corrections to KCO errors are not chargeable revisions. Extra functionality may require another offering rather than an Everyday add-on.

From idea to launch

1. Establish the scope
Yumi uses your package or estimate, checks the relevant requirements and explains approved costs. Requirements outside Everyday scope are assessed under the right offering.
2. Agree and prepare
Review the quotation and scope. Once you choose to proceed, supply the agreed content, assets, information and access needed for the build.
3. Build, review and launch
Karel builds your website. Review it within the included revision allowance, then complete the agreed launch and handover.
After launch
Choose the support you need.
Ongoing care is optional for Everyday Websites.
Without ongoing care, future changes and support are separately chargeable. Domain and infrastructure renewals, access and handover follow the agreed terms. First-year allowances do not mean free renewals forever.
An optional Everyday care plan’s price and scope need confirmation; we do not substitute another offering’s plan.

A few useful answers.
Can I have a single landing page?
Yes, if its functionality fits Everyday scope. It belongs in the €399 band. The first three substantial sections are included; extra sections cost 350 CZK each.
Is seven pages the same base price as four?
Yes. Four to seven standard pages share the €649 starting package. Authorised additions and requirements beyond included scope are separately assessed.
Can this be a blog, portfolio or affiliate website?
A straightforward publishing, portfolio or affiliate-content website may fit. Launch content and functionality determine suitability; advanced systems need another assessment.
Can customers buy or book through it?
Online ordering needs E-commerce assessment, even if payment happens later or by bank transfer. Booking systems need the appropriate service assessment.
Do you guarantee rankings or sales?
No. Basic technical SEO foundations are included. Rankings, traffic and sales depend on other factors and are not guaranteed.
What if I need more than twelve pages?
Yumi assesses the project under Business Websites rather than adding unlimited Everyday pages.
Do you accept every project?
Contracting clients must be adults. KCO does not accept religious or political website projects. Other eligibility and scope requirements are checked during qualification.
