Different products. Different possibilities.

Build around what you sell.

Physical goods, finished downloads, supported print-on-demand catalogues or a mix. The right store starts with understanding your products and how they reach your customer.

Make something once.
Give it a place to sell.

Artwork, e-books, templates and other finished downloads belong here too. Standard downloadable-product configuration is included when you supply the finished files and usable product information.

Digital products count towards the normal product allowance. Subscriptions, special licensing and advanced access controls need separate assessment.

Also selling services?

Straightforward services purchased through normal WooCommerce checkout can count within your allowance. Appointment scheduling, specialised workflows and more complex requirements are assessed separately. Yumi will establish the right route.

Know the starting point

Store size. Clear starting prices.

The product band establishes your starting package. Prepared normal product entry is included within its allowance; content preparation, more involved variations and integrations may add to the quotation.

How many products are you launching?

Count the products you plan to launch with—not every size or colour combination. Product variations and catalogue readiness are assessed separately.

Launch product count

Starting prices change at 11 and 51 products. Within each band, the same package starting price applies. At 101+, we show individual quotation; you can type your actual count above.

The store behind the storefront

Built to take orders. Managed to keep working.

Your WooCommerce foundation includes the essentials of a working store. We establish the appropriate configuration for your products, your market and your supplied instructions.

  • WordPress and WooCommerce installation and store configuration.
  • Professional responsive storefront, catalogue and product layouts.
  • Cart, checkout and order-management configuration.
  • Customer/order emails and basic customer accounts where appropriate.
  • Normal product entry within your package allowance using prepared usable information.
  • Routine resizing, compression and placement of usable supplied product images.
  • Standard stock management where appropriate and standard shipping configuration.
  • One approved standard payment arrangement.
  • Standard tax configuration based on client-supplied instructions.
  • First-year domain and appropriately sized managed VPS allowances where applicable, plus SSL.
  • Technical SEO, security, performance configuration, testing and launch.
  • Initial operational guidance and appropriate store administration access.

You retain legitimate ownership of your domain; KCO administers the infrastructure. Legal policies, tax instructions, merchant accounts and rights to supplied materials remain your responsibility. Provider transaction fees and paid services are separate. We do not guarantee sales or search rankings.

Useful additions. Honest boundaries.

Pay for additional work—not every mouse click.

Prepared product entry and routine image preparation are already included within the allowance. These charges apply when your requirements create genuinely additional work.

Catalogue & content

Basic product-content preparation
€12 per product

Organising and cleaning up supplied information that is not ready for entry. This is not an automatic charge for each product.

Additional manual variations
21–50: +€15 per affected product

51–100: +€30; 101–200: +€55. Up to 20 actual manually configured variations per product are included. More than 200 requires complexity assessment.

Supported catalogue / fulfilment integration
€95 for one standard supported integration

Normal setup, connection, test import/synchronisation and presentation checks. Compatibility is verified first; imported data is not automatically priced as manual entry.

Payments, delivery & languages

Additional standard payment gateway
€55 each

One approved standard payment arrangement is included. Special/regional integrations start from €95 where extra configuration is required. Custom development is individually quoted.

Supported carrier / shipping integration
From €95 per integration

Standard shipping configuration is included. Advanced shipping logic may require approved hourly work; custom APIs are individually quoted.

Each additional website language
From €250 setup

The primary website language is included. Translation and paid multilingual plugin/service fees are separate.

Original copy, substantial image work or more specialised functionality?

Substantial original product copy, substantial image preparation and suitable advanced shipping configuration use the approved rate of 750 CZK/hour, with a one-hour minimum . Normal image preparation can cover up to 15 images per charged hour within KCO’s capability; specialist graphics or unusual work needs assessment.

Subscriptions, appointment systems, marketplaces, specialised licensing, CRM/ERP connections, advanced stock synchronisation and custom checkout requirements are not automatically included. Yumi establishes the requirement and uses applicable approved authority or escalates the unresolved part.

EUR and CZK are approved source currencies. Your formal quotation presents agreed costs in one customer currency, using authorised current conversion where needed. Paid plugins, provider subscriptions, merchant transaction fees and fulfilment charges are separate.

Keep the shop in good hands

Ongoing care is part of the store.

Every KCO online store requires ongoing KCO management. The minimum care level follows the store category; greater operational complexity can require a higher level, explained in your quotation.

Mandatory E-commerce Care plans
Plan Normal minimum for Monthly cost Minor assistance
Essential Small Store €79 Up to 30 minutes/month
Business Standard Store €119 Up to 60 minutes/month
Advanced Large Store €169 Up to 90 minutes/month

The technical essentials

Server, WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin maintenance, SSL management, daily automated backups, security/uptime monitoring, store-function checks and technical recovery assistance.

Oversight that follows responsibility

Business adds increased store monitoring and checkout monitoring where technically available. Advanced adds greater review, priority technical handling and approved integration-health review where monitorable.

Care billing begins at production launch. Included assistance covers minor corrections and configuration—not bulk product creation, new functionality or major redesign. Unused minutes do not roll over. Work beyond the allowance is 750 CZK/hour, with a one-hour minimum.

What happens after the first year?

The package includes its approved first-year domain/infrastructure allowance. From year two, domain renewal and infrastructure are handled under their applicable KCO renewal/hosting authority; Care continues monthly according to the agreement. Your recurring arrangements and costs must be disclosed before purchase. We do not assume domain or infrastructure renewals are covered by the monthly Care price.

From an idea to a working store

Yumi handles the conversation. We build the store.

The page gives you the starting points. Yumi carries your selected context into discovery, without sending you off to a contact form or asking you to repeat the product count from the slider.

  1. 01

    Shape the requirements

Products, usable content, variations, payment methods, fulfilment and integrations. Yumi asks for what changes the scope, not an entire technical autobiography.

  2. 02

    Confirm scope and costs

The quotation separates the build, approved additions, required Care and provider costs. Small and Standard Stores normally use 50% before development and 50% before launch; Large Stores use 50% / 25% at an agreed milestone / 25% before launch.

  3. 03

    Prepare, build and launch

Development begins after required payment is independently verified and necessary content, access and approvals are received. We configure, test and prepare the store for launch, then begin its ongoing care.

Delivery targets: Small 7–14, Standard 14–21 and Large 21–35 working days after the required starting conditions are met. Missing content, complex integrations and third-party approvals can extend timing. Merchant verification is controlled by the provider, not KCO.

Before you take the next step

Good questions. Clear answers.

Do twenty colours and sizes count as twenty products?

Usually those are variations of one product. The package count follows the actual product catalogue, while manual variation complexity is assessed separately. Up to twenty actual manually configured variations per product are included within normal entry.

Do I pay €12 for every product on top of the package?

No. Normal entry is included within the package product allowance when you supply usable prepared information. The €12 charge applies to basic preparation when your supplied information needs organising or cleaning up. Substantial original copy is separate.

Can I sell downloads or services?

Yes. Normal finished-file downloads and straightforward purchasable services count within the allowance. Special licensing, subscriptions, appointment scheduling and advanced access systems need assessment.

Can you connect print-on-demand or an existing catalogue?

A supported standard catalogue/fulfilment integration is €95. Compatibility must be verified. Imported data is not automatically treated as manual product creation; substantial cleanup or corrections can still add work.

Must customers pay online for this to be E-commerce?

No. If they place or submit their order through the website, it is E-commerce even when they use bank transfer, cash on delivery or collection payment. The appropriate payment arrangement is established during discovery.

Are payment-provider fees included?

No. Merchant transaction fees and provider subscriptions are separate. You are responsible for the required merchant account and verification. KCO cannot guarantee provider approval or its timescale.

Can I have the store without ongoing care?

No. This is a managed E-commerce service with mandatory ongoing Care. Yumi confirms your agreement once. Appropriate WordPress/WooCommerce access lets you operate the store; KCO retains server administration.

Do you build on Shopify or other platforms?

The approved standard service uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Other platforms require separate assessment.

Can I have my quotation in another currency?

Yes, using the approved source prices and an authorised current rate where conversion is required. Converted quotations are valid for seven calendar days, and the required initial payment must be independently verified within that period to secure the converted amount.
