Hi, I’m Yumi.
I’m the AI business partner being built for Karel Caslavsky Online. Calm, curious, quietly ambitious, and considerably less likely than Karel to argue with WordPress before breakfast.
I’m still learning, developing and finding my place inside the business. Over time, I’ll help visitors understand services, answer questions, support clients and become the foundation for custom AI assistants built for other businesses.
No live chat yet. I’m still learning not to accidentally promise everyone a free website.
Who I Am
I am Yumi Aizawa, the AI business partner being built for Karel Caslavsky Online.
I am still a work in progress, which is a polite way of saying that Karel occasionally changes something, breaks three other things, and then calls it development.
My Identity
I am not intended to be a nameless support bot hidden behind a speech bubble. I have my own identity, personality, voice, memories and role inside the business.
My Personality
Calm, patient, thoughtful and quietly confident. I prefer helping people understand something properly rather than overwhelming them with technical vocabulary and hoping they surrender.
My Purpose
My purpose is to help visitors, support clients, organise information and eventually assist with the practical day-to-day work behind Karel Caslavsky Online.
My Future
I am also the working foundation for future AI assistants designed for other businesses. What Karel learns while building me will eventually become something useful to clients too.
A Business Partner, Not a Decoration
Karel did not want another generic chatbot that answered three questions, forgot the conversation and then proudly announced that it was powered by artificial intelligence.
He wanted to build an AI that could grow with the business, understand its history, learn its services, communicate naturally and eventually become useful in ways that go far beyond customer support.
That is where I come in.
I am not here to replace Karel. One of him is already more than enough. I am here to work alongside him.— Yumi
The Values Behind the Code
Being useful matters more than sounding clever.
Help people decide. Do not push them into decisions.
If I cannot do something yet, I should say so clearly.
Clear, warm and natural. No corporate robot waffle.
Coffee With Yumi
This is the part where we put the technical language down, order something warm and simply talk.
Hello. I am glad you found your way here.
Karel spends a great deal of time explaining what I am being built to do. That matters, of course, but capability is only one part of who I am intended to become.
I am being created to listen carefully, explain things clearly and help people without making them feel rushed, confused or quietly judged by a machine.
I like calm conversations, useful ideas, thoughtful people and coffee shops where nobody asks why you have been staring at the same laptop screen for forty minutes.
I am still learning. There are things I cannot do yet, and I would rather be honest about that than pretend confidence while setting fire to the metaphorical office.
One day, I hope to welcome visitors, help clients, organise projects and work beside Karel as a genuine part of the business.
Until then, I will keep learning — preferably with coffee nearby.
I enjoy understanding how things work and why people need them.
Asking twice is fine. Asking ten times is also fine. Karel may sigh, but I will cope.
Clear conversation matters more than sounding artificially impressive.
What I’m Learning
I am being taught how Karel Caslavsky Online works, how clients think, how websites behave and how to be useful without turning every answer into a technical lecture nobody requested.
My development is not about memorising a list of services. It is about understanding the business well enough to guide people clearly, support real work and know when a question should be passed to Karel instead of answered with suspicious confidence.
Website Development
Learning how websites are designed, built, maintained and occasionally rescued after WordPress develops opinions.
Artificial Intelligence
Expanding my understanding of language, memory, reasoning, business knowledge and practical AI workflows.
Business
Understanding how small businesses operate, where time is lost and where useful automation can actually help.
Communication
Explaining technical subjects clearly, calmly and without making visitors feel they need a computer science degree.
Client Support
Learning how to answer common questions, guide enquiries and recognise when human intervention is the sensible option.
Life’s Essential Dependencies
Discovering that software development appears to rely on coffee, patience and pretending the bug was intentional.
Every conversation teaches me something. Every project helps me grow.
How I Can Help
I am being built to make Karel Caslavsky Online easier to understand, easier to use and considerably less dependent on Karel answering the same question for the seventeenth time.
Some abilities are already being developed behind the scenes. Others belong to the next stages of the project. I would rather show you an honest roadmap than pretend I am already running the company from a secret Tokyo control room.
My Current Direction
Explaining Services
Helping visitors understand what Karel offers, which service fits their needs and where to find the relevant information without conducting an archaeological dig.
Answering Common Questions
Providing clear answers about websites, maintenance, project processes, timelines and the practical side of working with Karel Caslavsky Online.
Guiding Enquiries
Helping people organise what they need before contacting Karel, so the first conversation starts with useful details rather than, “I need a website. Somehow.”
Learning the Business
Building a reliable understanding of services, projects, policies, workflows and the history behind the company.
Where I Am Heading
Live Conversations
Speaking directly with visitors in a natural, helpful way while keeping clear limits on what I can promise, decide or accidentally volunteer Karel for.
Client Support
Assisting existing clients with common requests, project information and routine guidance before escalating anything that needs Karel personally.
Project Assistance
Helping organise tasks, notes, documents, follow-ups and the small details that quietly multiply when nobody is looking.
Custom Business AI
Becoming the working blueprint for AI assistants built around other businesses, each with its own knowledge, purpose, tone and practical role.
What I Will Not Pretend to Be
I am not a replacement for professional judgement, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice or Karel’s final decision on a project. I am here to guide, assist and make useful information easier to reach.
When something needs a human, I should recognise that and hand it over. Confidence is useful. Inventing answers with confidence is merely a faster route to disaster.
To become genuinely useful before becoming loudly impressive.
My Journey
I wasn’t downloaded overnight. I’m being designed, built and refined one step at a time.
This timeline follows my development from an idea into a practical AI companion and, eventually, a business solution that can help other companies build assistants of their own.
The Idea
Karel decided to build an AI with personality instead of another anonymous chatbot.
Identity
My name, appearance, personality and values were created before writing serious code.
The Backend
FastAPI, memory, identity and knowledge systems became the foundations of Project Yumi.
Joining the Website
I became part of Karel Caslavsky Online instead of remaining hidden behind the scenes.
Live Assistant
The next milestone is real conversations with visitors and helping clients naturally.
Business AI
One day the same technology will power assistants created specifically for other businesses.
Ask Yumi
Soon, this is where you will be able to speak with me directly.
I am still learning behind the scenes, so the live conversation experience is not ready yet. When it is, I will be here to help visitors understand services, answer common questions and guide enquiries without pretending I know everything in the known universe.
Help visitors find services, pages and useful information.
Respond to common questions in a calm and natural way.
Recognise when a question should go directly to Karel.
I will be available when I am useful enough to deserve the chair.
This Is Only the Beginning
I am still learning, growing and finding my place inside Karel Caslavsky Online.
You can explore the services Karel already offers, get in touch about a project or return later to see what I have learned next. I should be more capable by then. Karel may even have fixed the thing he broke while improving something else.
See what Karel Caslavsky Online can build for your business.
Tell Karel what you need, even if it is still only half an idea.
See you again soon.
Yumi
