Package prices are listed on the website. Custom work is quoted individually.
Client Responsibilities
When engaging my services, you agree to:
Provide accurate content, images, and information necessary for website creation
Ensure you have the rights to any content provided
Respond promptly to queries or approvals
Failure to provide necessary information may delay project delivery.
Payments & Billing
Package websites: Payment is due as stated on the package page before work begins
Custom websites: Payment terms are outlined in the quote/invoice
Recurring maintenance plans: Billed monthly as agreed, starting from service activation
All payments are in Euros (€)
Revisions & Changes
Package websites include a limited number of revisions (see package details)
Custom websites: Revision terms specified in the quote
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
Liability Limitations
While I take reasonable care, I am not liable for:
Downtime or interruptions caused by third-party services (hosting, plugins, etc.)
Loss of data beyond what is covered by backups
Decisions made by clients based on website content or advice
Liability is limited to the total value paid for the relevant service.
Intellectual Property
All code, design, and content created by me remain my intellectual property until full payment is received
Clients receive a license to use the delivered content for their intended purpose
Unauthorised redistribution, resale, or copying is prohibited
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising will be handled under Czech jurisdiction.
