Hello, I’m
Karel Caslavsky
Tools and Stories for a Life on the Move
From budget travel hacks to the online services I trust, here’s everything that keeps my nomadic life rolling.

About Me (Snapshot)
Hi, I’m Karel Čáslavský — part-time night-shift worker, full-time dreamer, and occasional master of questionable life choices. I’m on a mission to travel the world on a shoestring while figuring out how to make affiliate marketing pay for my inevitable caffeine addiction.
I write about the tools, services, and hacks that keep my nomadic life from collapsing into a series of awkward hostels and unpaid bills. If you want the full story — including the embarrassing bits I probably shouldn’t admit — check out my About Me page.

My Vision
To travel the world like a budget-friendly Indiana Jones, discover hidden gems, and eventually convince enough people that my affiliate links are worth clicking to fund a life of semi-legal adventures on the high seas (aka my dream superyacht).
My Mission
To share the tools, tips, and tricks I actually use to survive life on the move — from budget travel hacks to online services — while making sure my digital nomad dreams don’t collapse under the weight of my own procrastination.
My Goals
Short-term: build a little financial cushion so I stop panicking every time I check my bank balance.
Mid-term: live a flexible life that lets me explore Europe and Asia without selling my soul or my old ThinkPad.
Long-term: eventually enjoy the dream of cruising the seas on a proper superyacht — preferably without any life-or-death mutiny scenarios.

The Tools I Use
Here are a few of the trusty brands that keep my travels moving and my online world running. If they can survive me, they can probably survive you too.
Trip.com
One-stop shop for flights, hotels, and everything in between — perfect when you want less faff and more travel.
AutoEurope
Car rentals without the headache. Well, fewer headaches — I can’t help you with traffic jams.
World Nomads
Travel insurance built for nomads and adventurers who like to push their luck (I speak from experience).
Namecheap
Domains and hosting that don’t break the bank — ideal if you like your websites alive and your wallet intact.

Proton Services
The Internet Has Wolves. Proton Builds the Fence.
Most people wander online like fluffy sheep, bleating their personal details while the wolves (hackers, trackers, advertisers, you name it) sharpen their teeth. Proton builds the fences; encrypted mail, secure cloud, private VPN, and a password vault that doesn’t leak like my old sink. In short: you keep grazing, they keep out.
